Mini Art Exhibit

Kayleigh Podolski

There is a mini-exhibit going on at the Brighton District Library. Art from Brighton’s middle school and high school levels are included.

Art presented consists of metal works, drawings and paintings, art-works (a general class at BHS working with atypical mediums), graphic design, and pottery. Everything presented was chosen by the students’ art teachers to be put on display.

Students are not limited to just one piece of art to be presented, so keep your eyes peeled for reappearing names throughout the exhibition.

There is no fee of any sort to check out the exhibit. After viewing, there is a cute notebook for viewers to leave heartfelt messages for the young, blossoming artists.

The art exhibit is up from 9 April 2022 to 5 May 2022. Anyone from the public can view it. Hours are that of the library: Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM as well as Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The library is not open on Sundays.

When walking into the library from the main entrance, the art is immediately on the right throughout the small hallway.
